Do I pay to see the previews?

No. Previews are free and carry a watermark. You only pay when you pick one: digital from $19, poster from $35, canvas from $55.

What kind of photo should I use?

A clear phone photo of one player. Face well lit, looking toward the camera, nothing covering it. At least 600 px on the short side, which any recent phone photo is. No sunglasses, no helmet or visor over the face, no heavy filters. Plays a sport with a helmet? Use a photo without it. We create the uniform for you. See good and bad photos

Can I change the name or number before I buy?

Yes. Tap Edit photo & details, change anything and make a new set of three. The box shows how many sets you have left.

How long does it take?

Your previews are created while you wait. The page shows their progress. Digital files: your download link appears on your order page once your portrait is ready, and we email it to you too. Posters and canvas are printed to order and usually arrive in about 5 to 8 business days in the US.

What if I don't love it?

If your file doesn't open, isn't the portrait you chose, or your download link doesn't work, we'll fix it or refund you. Because every portrait is made to order, we can't refund a change of mind after download. That's why the previews are free.

Is this an official team product?

No. Evermuse makes custom, fan-made artwork and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, club or team. You type the team name and pick the colors yourself.
