Shipping policy

The short version. Digital files go to your order page and your email. Posters and canvas are printed in the US and shipped to US addresses, with shipping included. They usually arrive in about 5 to 8 business days.

1. Digital files

Nothing is shipped. When your portrait is ready, your order page shows your PNG and JPG files to download, and we email the link too. If your portrait is still being made, the page says so and the link appears when it is done. The link works for 30 days after payment, and after that the files are deleted from our storage, so please save your files. Digital files can be ordered from anywhere.

2. Posters and canvas

Where we ship. Printed items ship to addresses in the United States. We cannot yet ship prints to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), to US territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam, or outside the US.

Cost. Shipping is included in the price you see. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout for shipping.

How long it takes. Prints are made to order. Printing usually takes about 2 to 3 business days, and shipping within the US usually takes about 3 to 5 business days after that. Most orders arrive in about 5 to 8 business days. These are estimates, not promises. The print partner and the carrier set the final date, and holiday weeks, especially in December, can take longer.

Tracking. When your print ships, we add the tracking number to your order, and Shopify emails it to you.

Packaging. Posters ship rolled in a tube.

More than one item. Each print is made on its own, so items in one order can arrive on different days and in separate packages.

Your address. Please check it carefully before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. Once a package has shipped, we may not be able to change where it goes.

Sending something back. Please do not send a print back before you contact us. See our Refund Policy.

3. Outside the US

We do not ship prints outside the US yet. Your digital file works anywhere: download it and print it at a local print shop.
