Terms of service

What you buy

A digital image file made from your photo and the text you type. The picture is drawn by an AI model. It is a likeness, not a photograph, and details can differ from the photo.

• Digital file: 880 × 1184 pixels.
• Print-ready digital file: 2480 × 3312 pixels, made after payment.

We do not print or ship anything. We make no promise about how a file looks when printed at a given size.

Delivery

Your download link appears on the order confirmation page. It works for 30 days. Save the file when you get it.

Your use of the file

The file is for your personal, non-commercial use: print it, frame it, share it with family and friends. You may not sell it.

What you may upload

Only photos you have the right to use, of a child whose parent or guardian you are or whose parent or guardian agrees. No photos of other people's children without permission, and no unlawful or indecent content. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks this rule.

Previews

Each visitor can make a limited number of preview sets in a period of time. Previews carry a watermark and are not for use.
