Refund policy

Evermuse sells digital image files. Nothing is printed or shipped.

Before you pay you see the exact picture you are buying, with a watermark. Check the face, the name, the number and the team name.

If something is wrong with the file (it does not open, it is not the picture you chose, or the download link does not work), email info@myevermuse.com with your order number. We will fix the file or refund you.

If you changed your mind after downloading, we do not refund, because a downloaded file cannot be returned.

The larger file is made after payment and can take a few minutes. If it cannot be made, we refund the order or give you the basic file and refund the difference, as you choose.

Refunds go to the payment method you used.
